Enrich Partners with Anabuki to Develop The Article North Ratchaphruek
Enrich Group, a real estate developer focused on creating unique offerings, has formed a significant partnership with the major Japanese real estate firm Anabuki Kosan Group to enter the New Luxury Hub of Ratchaphruek, Bangkok's western side. They are launching the luxury project The Article North Ratchaphruek, valued at over 2.4 billion baht, to meet the demand of luxury customers with distinctive lifestyles who appreciate uniqueness in a quality environment with comprehensive amenities.
Mr. Anuwat Chattasirikul, CEO of Enrich Group, stated that despite the challenges in the real estate market this year, including high competition and longer decision-making times for consumers, the company's business plans continue to move forward to ensure ongoing growth. The primary target market consists of premium to luxury customers with high purchasing power, prompting the company to plan new project launches in potential locations, focusing on developing projects with interesting features and innovative living solutions.

In the second half of this year, the company is preparing to launch the new project The Article North Ratchaphruek, valued at over 2.4 billion baht, located in the new New Luxury Hub of western Bangkok. This area is being developed with multiple transportation systems connecting Ratchaphruek, Kanchanaphisek, Chaiyaphruek, and Chaengwattana, which are major roads that facilitate convenient travel, surrounded by numerous amenities such as community malls, leading department stores, hospitals, and renowned international schools.
Moreover, not only Enrich Group but also many large and small real estate companies are developing numerous residential projects in the Ratchaphruek area, ranging from mass market to luxury segments, with a total value of tens of billions of baht. This indicates that the Ratchaphruek area is a potential location for continuous expansion.
For the The Article North Ratchaphruek project, Enrich Group has partnered with Anabuki Kosan Group, a top 10 real estate developer from Japan with over 60 years of experience and more than 51 subsidiaries, with a registered capital of over 5.93 million USD. Their business spans various sectors, including condominium development, single-family home development, hotel management, asset management, security services, and cleaning services. The expansion of their real estate development business has reached several ASEAN countries, including Thailand. Mr. Anuwat emphasized that collaborating with a leading Japanese real estate developer elevates the company's operational standards to a more international level.
Ms. Supicha Natsuwannapol, Business Management Director of Enrich Group, mentioned that the The Article North Ratchaphruek project continues to develop under the concept of "Guiding You to Practical Living," aiming to be a partner in real-life living to meet the needs of residents perfectly and create the best living environment for everyone. The project also emphasizes the shared living experience of families and the importance of community interactions among residents.
"In addition to the beauty of functionality and design, incorporating 'art of tidying' is crucial in the design process. Inspired by the desire to preserve the beauty of spaces, we adopted the 'Konmari' concept from Ms. Marie Kondo, a global home organization expert, through consultations with Master-level Konmari experts. Enrich Group is the first in the country to implement this concept in the real estate business," Ms. Supicha concluded.
The The Article North Ratchaphruek project has also engaged CBRE Thailand, a leading global real estate consulting firm with expertise in understanding luxury customer segments and experience in managing sales and customer care for this market, to act as the sales management representative and marketing consultant for the project.
